Polyhydric alcohol phosphate ester (PAPE) is a new type of water treatment agent with good scale and corrosion inhibition properties. Due to the introduction of multiple polyoxyethylene groups into the molecule, it not only improves the corrosion inhibition performance, but also improves the ability to inhibit calcium scale and disperse sediment. It has an excellent inhibitory effect on barium and strontium scale deposition in water that cannot be controlled by existing domestic scale inhibitors. It also has an excellent scale inhibition effect on the deposition of insoluble salts such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate in water, and has a cathodic protection effect on steel. , the corrosion inhibition effect is better than the existing similar products in China. Polyhydric alcohol phosphate ester (PAPE) are well miscible with water quality stabilizers such as polycarboxylates, organic phosphonates, inorganic phosphates, and zinc salts.
Polyhydric alcohol phosphate ester (PAPE) used as a scale inhibitor for oilfield water injection collection (especially recommended as a substitute for Nalco Visco 953), and as a corrosion and scale inhibitor for industrial cooling water treatment.

3.Using Method
Usage of Polyhydric alcohol phosphate ester (PAPE) varies due to different water quality and process conditions. When used as a scale inhibitor, general dosage is less than 15 mg/L. When used as a closed cycle corrosion inhibitor, it can be as high as 150 mg/L or more.


4. Packaging and storage
Liquid: 25kg or 200kg per plastic barrel;
Store in a cool and dry place, storage period is 1 year.


5. Safety protection
This product is acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. After contact, flush with plenty of water immediately.
